EU Orders & Deliveries Information
All of our European orders are shipped from the UK and in response to the new European Union IOSS regulations, we have had to increase delivery prices for EU customers. This is to guarantee that your delivery arrives without delays and without any additional charges by local tax authorities.
For customers from European Union Member States, please rest assured that the price you pay at checkout includes all taxes and customs charges - there are no hidden extras upon receiving your order.
Additional Tax Information
IMPORTANT: Some countries will incur additional import/customs duties unless we expressly state herein that delivery is Duty Paid - Push Entertainment is not responsible for any additional charges.

Please note, these dates are subject to change and may unfortunately be impacted by UK postal strikes.
Additionally, our warehouses will be sporadically closed from 23rd December to 2nd January. If you place an order between those dates, it may take slightly longer to dispatch than usual.
Please be aware that there are still delays to international shipping due to the global pandemic. We are unable to guarantee delivery times on these orders. On occasion, a country may close its borders meaning we are unable to deliver your order but we will be in touch if this affects you.
Ordering for a Specific Date or Event
When ordering for a special day, whether it's for a birthday, concert or holiday. Please ensure that you leave plenty of time for us to get the goods to you. We ask that you allow a full 5 working days for us to ship your order and then add on the maximum shipping time to your destination to give your order the best chance of reaching you in time - refer to grid further down this page for information on shipping times.
All delivery prices are calculated based on the weight of your order, and all of our delivery services are based on a tracked-to-your-door service. Heavier items such as framed art canvas prints will cost more than lighter items such as t shirt or mugs.

When Will Your Order Leave?
As each order is customised/made exactly to your needs, it will typically take 2-4 business days for it to be dispatched from our warehouse, but at busy times this can be longer.
UK Tracked Delivery
This is a **signed-for service. Delivery in no more than 2-4 working days from date of dispatch. Scanned throughout delivery - track your parcel’s progress online.
UK Express Delivery
Delivery will take 1-2 business days to arrive with you from date of dispatch - 1 day for all standard mainland addresses, and an extra day if you live off-shore or at a remote location.
Business days means Monday to Friday. For example, if your order is shipped on a Friday, it will arrive the following Monday.
This is a **signed for service - your parcel will be scanned throughout its journey and we will send you a link to track it.
European Union Delivery
A duty paid service is available for countries that are European Union Member States - you will not be charged duty or VAT at the door to receive your goods. This is a **signed-for service using your local service provider or a direct service.
USA, Canada and ROW Delivery
Delivered using a **signed-for service.
**Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package, otherwise collection from your postal office will be required.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on which delivery service you have selected, your order will arrive as follows:

Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.
Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
